This invoice due date calculator turns an invoice date and payment terms into the exact day payment is due. It covers net 30, net 60, net 90 and end of month.
The calculator above counts the calendar days for you, so you never have to count on a wall calendar or remember which months have 30 or 31 days. Use it as a payment due date calculator for any invoice you send or receive.
Here is what each term means, with the due date for an invoice dated Fri, 9 Oct 2026:
| Term | What it means | Due date for the example |
|---|---|---|
| Due on receipt | Pay as soon as the invoice arrives | Fri, 9 Oct 2026 |
| Net 7 | Pay within 7 days of the invoice date | Fri, 16 Oct 2026 |
| Net 14 | Pay within 14 days | Fri, 23 Oct 2026 |
| Net 30 | Pay within 30 days, the most common term | Sun, 8 Nov 2026 |
| Net 60 | Pay within 60 days, common with larger companies | Tue, 8 Dec 2026 |
| Net 90 | Pay within 90 days | Thu, 7 Jan 2027 |
| 2/10 net 30 | Take 2% off by paying within 10 days, or pay the full amount within 30 | Mon, 19 Oct 2026 for the discount, Sun, 8 Nov 2026 in full |
| End of month (EOM) | Pay by the last day of the month the invoice is dated in | Sat, 31 Oct 2026 |
| 30 days after end of month | Pay within 30 days after that month ends | Mon, 30 Nov 2026 |
A net 60 due date or a "30 days from invoice date" deadline works the same way: count the days from the date on the invoice. For wording you can put on your own invoices, see our guide to invoice payment terms.
Net 30 means the full amount is due 30 calendar days after the invoice date. Weekends and public holidays count as days, and the clock starts on the date printed on the invoice, not the day the client opens it.
For example, an invoice dated Fri, 9 Oct 2026 on net 30 terms is due on Sun, 8 Nov 2026. That is a weekend, so many businesses would accept payment on the next working day. Tick the weekend option above to see that date. Use the tool above as a net 30 calculator for any other invoice date.

Calendar days, counted from the invoice date, unless your agreement says something else.
Normally on the date printed on the invoice, not the day the client opens it. Some terms count from delivery or from the end of the month, so check what you agreed.
The client can take a 2% discount by paying within 10 days. Otherwise the full amount is due within 30 days.
Many businesses treat the next working day as the due date. Turn on the weekend option in the calculator to see that date.
Payment is due at the end of the month the invoice is dated in. "30 days EOM" means 30 days after that month ends.
